DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
A full rental payment is required to confirm reservation. In case of cancellation, we are happy to refund 75% of your deposit if notified at least 2 weeks before arrival date. No refunds within the last two week period. Full deposit may be applied to a later date, depending upon availability, if vacation is re-booked at time of cancellation. There are no refunds on early check-outs, no-shows, or weather. Refunds may not be applied to the next season.
PAYMENTS
Your balance is due in full before checking in and is payable in Cash.
PARKING
There is space for one car per unit, regardless of the size or type of accommodation.

All reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate or causes and conditions beyond our control. This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Misrepresentation voids reservation and forfeits deposit. Not responsible for articles lost or stolen in rooms or on premises. Requests for a specific room number or floor preference is noted but not guaranteed. Offer is limited to families and couples only.

Payment of Deposit
When you are checking in within the next 30 days of the booking date, then a valid credit card will be required to guarantee 2 nights room rental. When the check in date is further then 30 days from the date of booking, then a check or money order must be mailed for the equivalent of the first two nights rent to confirm the room.
Deposits and Cancellations
Two nights rental required to confirm each reservation.
Deposit is applied to the last day(s) of your reservation.
Deposit is refundable if we are notified at least 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, subject to 25% service charge.
Full deposit may be applied to a later date during the current season, depending on availability, if vacation is modified at least 2 weeks prior to the check-in date.
Deposit may not be applied to next season and is not transferable.
· No refunds for early check-outs or no-shows.
Payment of Balance
Upon arrival the full invoice must be paid in cash for the discount to apply. As an alternative some guests choose to prepay the full amount prior to check in. If you choose do to this then please mail the balance 30 days prior to your check in date. Please reference you reservation number on the check.
Reservations Terms
Can not be applied to 3rd party reservations, package rates and group reservations. Other restrictions may apply.
These rates are already discounted for advanced reservations, AAA, Senior Citizens, and other discount programs.
Reservations are held for one week awaiting your deposit by check.
Personal checks are accepted only for advanced reservations deposits.
Reservations with a check-in date that is less than 30 days from the date of booking can be guaranteed by credit card and is non-refundable.
Reservations held until 6 PM on arrival date unless otherwise notified.
Check-In time is AFTER 3 PM / Check-Out time is BEFORE 11 AM.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Pets are NOT permitted.
Swimming pool is open from 10 AM to 7 PM.
All children under 16 years must be supervised and accompanied by a parent at all times in the pool area.
Bikes are not permitted in the rooms. Bike racks are provided outside, and locks are strongly recommended.
Skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, and hover boards are not permitted for use on the property.
No Radios or Speakers are permitted, personal head phones only.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM daily.
The property and its facility are for registered guests only, no visitors permitted.
This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind or damages to your automobile.
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit.
